We are working with a global leader in Re/Insurance to find a forward-thinking Pricing Actuary who will play a pivotal role in driving transformation within their pricing function. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong technical pricing background to influence a diverse portfolio, all while working closely with a talented team of actuaries.

  • Report directly to the Head of Pricing and lead a team of 16-18 actuaries and actuarial students.
  • Oversight of the pricing transformation efforts and help lead initiatives that deliver innovative pricing solutions.
  • Take ownership of driving the pricing transformation agenda, leading projects focused on evolving pricing strategies and methodologies.
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including underwriters, actuaries, and the CUO, who is also an actuary, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Advocate for the adoption of new technologies that will shape future pricing changes and help enhance efficiencies across the business.
  • Lead portfolio analysis, providing insights to steer strategic decisions and ensure sustainable growth.
  • This role provides exposure to a wide range of lines of business, including: Casualty, Crisis Management, Marine, Natural Resources, Property & Allied Lines
