  • Oversee practising certificate renewals and monitor mandatory training compliance
  • Guide internal audits and help embed a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Align CPD initiatives with performance management processes and strategic goals

What You'll Bring

  • In-depth understanding of SRA Standards and Regulations and/or similar frameworks
  • Experience managing professional conduct, quality assurance, or compliance programmes in a legal or professional services setting
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
