What You'll Do
- Lead professional standards and quality initiatives across the firm
- Collaborate with Compliance & Risk teams on regulatory updates, process improvements, and communication strategies
- Design and deliver training programmes on ethical practice, supervision, and professional development
- Oversee practising certificate renewals and monitor mandatory training compliance
- Guide internal audits and help embed a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Align CPD initiatives with performance management processes and strategic goals
What You'll Bring
- In-depth understanding of SRA Standards and Regulations and/or similar frameworks
- Experience managing professional conduct, quality assurance, or compliance programmes in a legal or professional services setting
