Walker Cole International is supporting a fast-growing pharmaceutical company in the appointment of a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their established Quality team. This is a permanent, hybrid position that can be based at either their West London or Dublin site, with two days per week required on site.

The successful QA Specialist will play a key role in maintaining GDP/GMP compliance across the business, supporting supplier and product quality activities, and contributing to the effective management of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities for the QA Specialist:
  • Ensure supplier and customer compliance across GDP and GMP operations, supporting audits, technical agreements, and QMS documentation.

  • Support product quality compliance, including review of batch documentation, temperature deviations, and product quality complaints.

  • Manage and maintain internal quality systems such as SOPs, change controls, deviations, and CAPAs in alignment with regulatory guidelines.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to support quality investigations, self-inspections, and product recalls.

  • Communicate effectively across the business and with international partners - fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.

The Successful QA Specialist Will Have:
  • A degree in a Life Science subject or equivalent experience within a pharmaceutical environment.

  • Experience working in a GMP/GDP-regulated pharmaceutical setting.

  • A solid understanding of QMS, quality documentation, and product lifecycle compliance.

  • Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English to support global business interactions.
