Key Responsibilities:

Lead analysis and delivery for regulatory and ESG-driven change projects
Define and document user and business requirements, operating models, and business cases
Collaborate across Business, Data, and Technology teams
Support strong change governance and stakeholder engagement
Manage scope, risks, and issues across the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For:

Proven ESG experience in a Business Analyst role - essential
Background in Asset Management is required
Strong knowledge of regulatory change processes
Experience working in Agile, Lean, and Waterfall delivery models
Excellent stakeholder engagement, including Front Office and Risk/Compliance
