Our client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to drive high-impact initiatives across the business. Working closely with senior leaders from Finance, the COO office, HR, and Strategy, you'll help identify key challenges, uncover growth opportunities, and shape the bank's strategic direction.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead strategic projects and assess long-term opportunities across various sectors of the bank.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on strategic reviews and decision-making.
  • Manage key stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategic direction and financial performance.
  • Track progress against KPIs and communicate insights across teams.

Skillset and Experience:

  • Background in top-tier strategy consulting, including MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and other leading firms such as Oliver Wyman, with proven experience in stakeholder management and delivering high-impact strategic initiatives.
  • Strong ability to identify key issues, develop strategic insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing and executing strategic initiatives within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record of successfully engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects independently from initiation through to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable results.
