In this Transformation Business Analyst role you will drive business transformation by analysing needs, designing solutions, and delivering projects that create measurable value for a leading global law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements, focusing on business outcomes.
- Map and analyse processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Lead change management, including impact assessments and communication plans.
- Develop and present business cases to support project proposals.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Analyze data to inform decisions and deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (minimum of 5 years), with expertise in requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Proven Transformation experience across Business and IT programmes.
- Knowledge of change management and aligning projects with strategic goals.
- Familiarity with legal services is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Visio, Jira, Excel, or CRM systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
