Join a Dynamic Team as a Digital Skills Coach!Are you passionate about empowering others through digital transformation? Do you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments? We are looking for a talented Digital Skills Coach to deliver in-person and remote coaching at our London headquarters.Key Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on coaching and support four days a week at our London location, with one remote day.- Lead engaging masterclasses, drop-in clinics, onboarding sessions, and personalised 1-to-1 coaching on essential tools such as Asana, Calendly, ChatGPT Enterprise, Cisco Webex, Docusign, Dashlane, Microsoft 365, Superhuman, and Zoom.- Support a diverse global user base of 250 colleagues, including 200 based in London, across all levels of digital fluency.- Adapt communication and coaching styles to effectively serve both beginners and power users with empathy and credibility.- Develop user-facing materials, workflows, and communications to translate digital change strategies into practical applications.- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers from key software vendors to incorporate roadmap insights and best practices.- Monitor tool adoption, behavioural changes, and productivity improvements through analytics and feedback; produce quarterly KPI reports.- Promote key digital competencies such as systems thinking, adaptability, business acumen, and collaborative fluency within the organisation.Candidate Profile:- Proven success in digital enablement, enterprise L&D, change management, or workplace transformation-preferably in complex, fast-moving sectors like finance, consulting, or technology.- Extensive hands-on experience coaching across digital workplace tools listed above.- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, behavioural design, and change frameworks such as ADKAR.- Comfortable working with data and metrics to evaluate performance and inform strategy.- Excellent communicator with gravitas, empathy, and the ability to engage credibly with all levels-from junior staff to senior leaders.- Conceptually clear, with systems-thinking skills that link individual actions to organisational outcomes.- Deeply aligned with a mission to support sustainable, equitable, and innovative work environments.Interested candidates are encouraged to apply and join a team committed to making a difference!
