Our client is a successful Employee Benefits FinTech firm who are one of the established and innovative firms within the Industry, They have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Consultant looking to take the next step in their broking consultancy career. Working with a portfolio of mid-to-high value clients you will help them get the most from their health benefits and be responsible for growing client relationships across multiple healthcare services - including PMI, Dental, Cashplan, EAPs, and Health Assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable growth across the health services, supporting the Corporate Benefits strategy and team goals.
  • Build strong knowledge of each client's health & wellbeing strategy, key decision makers, and business objectives.
  • Grow client value by expanding services and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Oversee delivery of agreed services, working closely with Client Service Directors and the Strategic Consultancy team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Actively participate in project calls and quarterly client reviews.

Experience Needed

  • A strong track record in commercial delivery and business development within Health benefits.
  • Experience providing health consulting advice and solutions to large corporate clients.
  • Solid technical knowledge of Group Health products
  • IF7 qualification (or working towards it).
  • Understanding of FCA procedures and compliance.
