I am working with a rapidly growing and highly respected client in the compliance and safety space who is looking to appoint a talented Bid Writer to join their Tenders Team.

The Role:

As Bid Writer, you'll play a crucial role in helping our client secure new business through compelling, well-structured proposals. You'll be involved in the full bid lifecycle-from research and content creation to post-bid analysis and lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the end-to-end bid process, ensuring deadlines are hit and all parties are aligned

  • Drafting and tailoring written content for Selection Questionnaires, RFIs, and bid submissions

  • Collaborating with the sales and operational teams to gather insights and shape strong responses

  • Conducting client research to create tailored, impactful bids

  • Helping to review and analyse bid outcomes to continuously improve future submissions

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Bid Writer, ideally with exposure to both public and private sector bids (ideally with experiance within the construction industry)

  • Exceptional written English with a clear, persuasive, and concise style

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to create and present proposals

  • A proactive, team-first mindset and a genuine passion for high-quality work.
