Salary: £40,000 + Uncapped Commission
The Role:Our client is looking for an ambitious, high-energy New Business Development Executive to help drive their next phase of growth. This is a creative sales role focused on generating new business, opening doors, building relationships, and securing exciting new brand and agency partnerships. The successful candidate will work closely with the Production and Creative teams to develop compelling pitches and elevate the business to new heights.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on pursuing leads, building strong connections, and achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new business outreach through prospecting, emailing, calling, and social media engagement to convert cold leads into warm opportunities
- Identify emerging opportunities by tracking trends and targeting key sectors and potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft persuasive and engaging pitch decks
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, with support from senior leadership
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and mixers to expand the client network
- Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain and update the CRM, track sales progress, and share both wins and learnings with the wider team
Skills and Experience:
- Proven success in securing new business within a creative, media, or production environment
- Strong understanding of content, digital platforms, and the marketing/creative industries
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills + confident over email, in meetings, and during client presentations
- Well-connected and unafraid to pursue new leads and open doors
- A strategic thinker who can identify and deliver real value to the business
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Apollo, Monday.com, or similar platforms
