Team Assistant Administrator - growing consultancy in dynamic Shoreditch office - £28,000-£30,000 plus excellent benefits.

Exciting opportunity to join a busy and fast-growing consultancy in Shoreditch / Old Street as Finance Team Assistant, where you will work alongside a Senior Finance Administrator as well as supporting with general office admin.

This role requires a candidate with at least 12 months’ office experience and ideally some experience in a support role in finance / accounts / administration:

Team Assistant – Finance Administrator duties will include:

General support to an office of around 20 people which is growing – including:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, taking calls, setting up meeting rooms
  • PA and administrative support to the team
  • Some HR admin support
  • Post, couriers, deliveries and orders
  • Helping to set up office / team / client events

Finance / accounts support including:

  • Finance administration
  • Processing invoices for approval / and payment
  • Creating POs
  • Liaison with suppliers and clients
  • Updating finance trackers
  • Filing and updating company shared drive

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organised, efficient and enthusiastic, happy taking direction but also able to work independently. Good opportunities to progress and develop with the company as they grow their London team.

Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm, £28,000-£30,000, plus private health care, pension, discretionary bonus (10%), 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and paid day off for your birthday. Up to one day WFH per week – predominantly an office-based role.
