My client a global Property management firm manages high-end residential sites/blocks in the Wood Green area ,North London, and is looking to scale up the maintenance team with a self starting Maintenance Operative to join their dynamic department.
Salary: 30-32K per annum
Shift: Mon-Fri 8am to 5 pm
Benefits: cash back on medicals, dental work and ophthalmologist (to name a few)
Looking after only the Land Lord (public spaces) you would not be responsible for any of the Tennant apartments.
Duties include Emergency lighting tests, general PPMS, Plant room checks and the occasional power wash.
The site has a pool car so having drivers license is plus but not essential.
