The RoleAs Facilities Assistant, you will take full ownership of day-to-day facilities operations at a landmark building near Chancery Lane. The role offers variety, autonomy, and a clear path for progression, with professional training funded and a supportive leadership team in place.
Key Responsibilities- Manage on-site facilities operations, including contractor oversight and supplier relationships.
- Oversee front-of-house reception services, ensuring consistent service quality.
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants and clients, delivering proactive problem-solving and excellent customer service.
- Liaise directly with the building management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor service delivery standards and implement improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, with IOSH and NEBOSH training provided.
- Background in facilities management or building operations, ideally in a customer-facing setting.
- Exposure to contractor management and supplier coordination.
- Understanding of PPM schedules, compliance standards, and basic property management principles.
