Facilities Assistant - London West EndUp to £29,000 | 6-Month FTC | Full-Time | Office-Based

Are you someone who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys helping things run smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Facilities Assistant to join a prestigious consultancy in London’s West End.

In this vital role, you’ll support the Facilities Manager in keeping the office safe, welcoming, and fully operational. Whether you’re coordinating room bookings, restocking supplies, or liaising with service providers, you’ll be a key part of what makes the workplace tick.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping to manage the day-to-day running of office facilities
  • Setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they’re conference-ready
  • Ordering and maintaining office equipment and supplies
  • Distributing internal mail and running occasional errands around the office
  • Supporting health and safety checks and reporting any concerns
  • Assisting external contractors on-site and ensuring compliance
  • Pitching in with ad-hoc tasks as needed - no two days are the same!

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • A clear communicator with a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and responding to the unexpected
  • Proven understanding of facilities or office support
  • A basic understanding of workplace health and safety

Please note: This is a full-time, office-based position from Monday to Friday. Occasional manual handling (like moving furniture or boxes) may be required.
