Due to growing customer demand, they are expanding their facilities maintenance team to support operations in the South East.In this role, you'll carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks across local sites, including minor electrical and mechanical repairs, basic plumbing, decorating, and outdoor/garden upkeep.This position would suit someone with a broad maintenance background who is looking for variety, stability, and a company that prioritises its employees' well-being.The Role:

• Carrying out a range of facilities maintenance tasks
• Working across commercial and residential properties
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

The Person:

• Broad background in general facilities maintenance
• Skills in plumbing, decorating, carpentry, or outdoor maintenance desirable
• Full UK driving licence required
