Maintenance Coordinator | £25k PA | South Woodford | Full-Time

Are you a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a calm, solutions-focused approach? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Coordinator to join a well-regarded property agency based in South Woodford. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position ideal for someone experienced in property administration, lettings coordination, or repairs management.

In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring all maintenance activity runs smoothly - from routine inspections to end-of-tenancy works - keeping both landlords and tenants informed and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Coordinator:

  • Handling all day-to-day property maintenance queries and coordinating repair works as required.
  • Issuing works orders to contractors and tracking progress through to completion.
  • Booking and sending out works orders for property inspections.
  • Managing end-of-tenancy check-outs, including follow-up works based on check-out reports.
  • Liaising with both landlords and tenants to agree on repair costs following check-outs.
  • Monitoring and overseeing repair works related to tenancy ends to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Processing damage deposit returns, whether in full or partial, based on post-tenancy findings.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed as a Maintenance Coordinator, you should bring:? A background in property administration, lettings support, or maintenance coordination? Excellent communication skills to keep all parties updated and informed? Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple repair and inspection tasks concurrently? Confidence using maintenance or property software (training will be provided if needed)? A calm and professional manner when handling sensitive or time-critical issues
