This is a great role for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor looking to take their next step in their career. You will be joining a market leader within commercial maintenance, receive high voltage training, opportunities to progress within and gain exposure to a high end commercial property!Our client will put you through high voltage training, provide parking on site, and you will be given the opportunity to choose the hours you work!The Maintenance Supervisor will be carrying out Planned Preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, actively fault find / trouble shoot, organise subcontractors, write up RAMs / Permits, report into the Contract Manager and ensure the site is running efficiently.The successful Maintenance Supervisor will be fully qualified in Electrical installations / engineering (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent), possess at least 5 years experience in commercial maintenance, at least 3 years experience as a supervisor, great building maintenance knowledge and have the ability to work well in a team and individually. Maintenance Supervisor Duties:

  • Allocate and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive tasks, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
  • Ensure all compliance and statutory documentation is kept up to date and readily accessible.
  • Prepare, review, and issue Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) and Permits to Work.
  • Act as the primary contact for the on-site client, maintaining a professional and responsive presence.
  • Oversee contractor activities and ensure all works adhere to health & safety procedures.
  • Step in to assist with technical or urgent works when required, maintaining flexibility and team support.
  • Maintain site records and use the CAFM system for job tracking and reporting.

Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:

  • Fully qualified in Electrical installations / engineering, (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years experience within commercial maintenance
  • At least 3 years experience as a supervisor
  • Great understanding of commercial M&E systems
  • Live within travelling distance to Battersea
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and individually
