Safeguarding Manager

Join our client's vibrant team as a Safeguarding Manager, working within a Charity organisation. Just a 10-minute stroll from London Bridge train station, you'll be at the heart of making a real difference in their community.

Start ASAP, duration 3 months, pay 261.50 per day, hours Monday-Friday 34.5 hours per week, this is a hybrid working role. Location- Southwark area, London.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide strategic level oversight on safeguarding risk to the Head of Reward & Wellbeing
  • Support the Head of Reward & Wellbeing deliver a Safeguarding service that promotes and protects the mental wellbeing of our clients colleagues and service users
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated safeguarding team, ensuring exceptional service for their users.
  • Provide strategic oversight and expert advice on safeguarding practises, focusing on vulnerable individuals.
  • Collaborate across various teams to cultivate an inclusive and supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • A recognised qualification in Safeguarding Adults and/or Child Protection.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement safeguarding policies and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and project management.
