My client are a Global Soft Commodities business with offices all over the world. Business growth see's them recruiting for a talented Product Owner to join their Global Transformation Team.
The Role
This role is to help the business with the streamlined digitisation of data in thier "Origins" programme. You'll be leading a team that provides training, services, and support to users.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of spotting or helping businesses spot opportunities for digitising data, managing end-to-end digitisation support, and ensuring users get excellent customer service. This role will involve travel to origin locations to understand operations and provide application training and support for end-users.
Your Profile
To apply for this role you will have at least 4 years in a Service Delivery Manager, Application Support or Senior Support Analyst role from either Commodities, Logistics, Supply Chain or FMCG. You will be used to partnering with user across businesses and comfortable with 30% international travel to do this will delegating to others in the team.
This role requires you to be in their London City Based Office 3 days a week.
