Description

The duties of the Associate Client Services Officer include:

  • Manage client accounts and support the end-to-end client journey

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client service and efficiency

  • Participate in operational projects and ensure compliance with internal processes

  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries and maintain strong communication

  • Adhere to service-level agreements and ensure timely processing of reviews

  • Build relationships with clients, banks, and internal stakeholders

  • Support and collaborate with Front Office teams both pre and post sale

Profile

The ideal Associate Client Services Officer will have some experience within financial services, particularly in FX, payments, banking, or operations. They will be detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
