Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their brilliant team in the heart of London. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Schools & Families Learning Department while enhancing your administrative skills!

Responsibilities:

School Department Duties (3 Days a Week):

  • Manage bookings and liaise with schools for visits, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the portal, ensuring timely responses to email queries.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer visit experience.

Property Department Duties (2 Days a Week):

  • Process invoices and manage general administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to emails and manage the works email inbox to ensure seamless communication.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
