Are you an enthusiastic leader with a passion for customer service? Our client, a prominent organisation in Newham, London, is seeking a Repairs Contact Centre Team Leader to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. This role is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Abbey Road train station!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage a team of 12 customer service staff, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
  • Foster a results-oriented and resident-focused working culture.
  • Oversee staff performance management, training, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Council policies.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently, striving for that 'right first time' approach.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in managing staff and delivering high-quality services.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
  • A solid understanding of customer-focused service delivery.
  • Must have experience using Northgate/NEC system
  • Must have experience as a Team Leader in a contact centre
