You won’t need to source referrals — the job centre will refer clients directly to you.This is an initial 12-month contract, with the potential to extend (the charity aims to retain staff where possible). Over the course of the contract, you’ll support around 80 job seekers, with the goal of helping 28 into paid employment.You’ll be based mainly at job centres in Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea, as well as a community hub in Marylebone. Your work will involve delivering tailored IAG support, including:

CV writing
Job searching
Interview preparation
