Agency Chefs Required - A la Carte Restaurants - ongoing bookings
We are looking for Chef de Parties with strong a la carte experience to join our agency working in 5* Hotels, Fine Dining Restaurants, High End Brasseries and Gastro Pubs. We can provide ongoing work in these areas. All assignments are within Zone's 1 and 2 in Central London.
There are full time and temporary positions with flexible working hours.
We are extremely interested to speak to Chefs who have experience working on sauce, meat, fish, larder or pastry in a 4/5 Star Hotel or fine dining restaurant. We also have positions available for Breakfast Chefs and Pastry Chefs.
The ideal candidate will have full uniform, knives, Food Hygiene certificate and a good standard of spoken English. The pay for Chef de Partie is up to £17 per hour and can be even more if there is additional responsibility.
