- 40 hour per week contract
- £35,360 base salary plus around £3000-4000 service charge per annum plus paid overtime.
- Shifts are usually 5 days on and two days off - 5:00 am until 1:30 pm.
As a Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for:
- Preparing breakfast at our Japanese inspired restaurant, TOKii. THis includes a la carte hot breakfast, Japanese breakfast and continental buffet breakfast.
- Preparing for the breakfast shift.
- Preparing for the lunch shift.
- Ensuring that the cleanliness of all the food preparation and storage areas.
- To be conversant with all the menus within the hotel.
- Assisting with the staff food and lunch menu when required.
