We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of an intimate, innovative restaurant with Michelin star ambitions. We are seeking a passionate and talented CDP to work with a kitchen team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the culinary team under the guidance of the Head Chef.
Execute the preparation of high-quality dishes in alignment with restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
Uphold consistency and excellence in food preparation throughout all culinary activities.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure adherence to rigorous quality control and health and safety standards.
Participate actively in inventory management and contribute to cost control measures.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience as a CDP/Line cook in a high-end or fine dining environment
Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others
Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications:
Food Hygiene Level 2
Minimum of 3 years chef experience

48 hours per week.
£30,000 - £35,000 salary, based on experience
