Join Our Ambitious New Restaurant

We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of an intimate, innovative restaurant with Michelin star ambitions. We are seeking a passionate and talented CDP to work with a kitchen team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.


Job Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team under the guidance of the Head Chef.

  • Execute the preparation of high-quality dishes in alignment with restaurant's recipes and quality standards.

  • Uphold consistency and excellence in food preparation throughout all culinary activities.

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure adherence to rigorous quality control and health and safety standards.

  • Participate actively in inventory management and contribute to cost control measures.

What We Are Looking For:


  • Proven experience as a CDP/Line cook in a high-end or fine dining environment

  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others

  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills


Qualifications:

  • Food Hygiene Level 2

  • Minimum of 3 years chef experience
