Duties and responsibilities related totheChef de Partie Colleague Restaurantrole

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the canteen menu.
  • Assistin creating and updating the staff canteen menu, considering dietary requirements and colleagues' preferences.
  • Innovate and introduce new dishes periodically to keep the menu exciting and diverse.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Keep track of stock and manage the inventory to reduce waste and control costs.

About you

Proven experience in culinary operations,demonstratingstrong leadership and management skills to oversee and inspire a specific section of the kitchen. Possess extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques.
