Job Title: Chef de Partie – Hospitality Sandwich Chef
Location: London, Liverpool Street
Salary: £33, 600 per year
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday
Houston & Hawkes are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie – Hospitality Sandwich Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
• Craft and assemble gourmet sandwiches with attention to detail and creativity
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, top-quality, and beautifully presented
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations
• Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas
About You:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, ideally within high-end hospitality
• A genuine passion for food and an eye for presentation
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
