Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Chef De Partie at Taku Mayfair in London Area, United Kingdom. The role involves overseeing a section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and development.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a Michelin-starred or high-end restaurant
Experience in Japanese cuisine is a plus
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
