We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Staff Restaurant team , supporting the daily dining experience for our associates with high-quality, thoughtful, and nourishing dishes that reflect our philosophy of care from the inside out. As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food for our staff restaurant, ensuring every service is efficient, consistent, and aligned with Rosewood's culinary standards. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to craft menus that are seasonal, balanced, and full of flavour , giving our associates the same sense of care we show our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services in the staff restaurant
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to develop varied, nutritious menus
- Maintain exceptional hygiene, food safety, and organisational standards
- Support stock control, ordering, and mise-en-place planning
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive kitchen environment
- Uphold Rosewood's "Relationship Hospitality" philosophy in every interaction
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Demi Chef de Partie
- A passion for fresh, wholesome cooking and balanced menus
- Strong organisation, communication, and teamwork skills
- A calm, positive approach and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the associate experience
- Understanding of food safety, allergen management, and kitchen protocols
