What you will do:

  • Prepare and cook menu items that delight our guests, following established recipes and standards to ensure every dish is exceptional.

  • Maintain top-notch food safety and hygiene regulations, because we believe great food starts with a clean kitchen.

  • Get hands-on with ingredient prep, from washing and chopping to marinating, helping to create flavors that impress.

  • Keep the kitchen area organized and spotless, ensuring your workstation and equipment are ready for action.

  • Collaborate and communicate with your fellow kitchen crew, making sure meals are plated and served in perfect timing.

  • Play an active role in daily kitchen operations, including setting up and breaking down your workspace to pave the way for a smooth service.

What you will bring on the table

  • Previous experience as a CDP or in a similar role is ideal but not a deal-breakeryour enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter more!

  • A solid understanding of food safety practices and regulations to keep our kitchen running safely and effectively.
