- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- At least one year's previous experience as a chef de partie in a similar environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

We are currently closed on Monday and Tuesday so 2 consecutive days off each week are guaranteed! This job is full time and will require flexibilty to work weekends and evenings.
We supply and launder uniforms and a provide a staff meal each day.
