Chef de Partie -Full time (45 hours)

- Experience as a Chefin high end, fast paced restaurant an advantage
- Setting up section and prepping in accordance to the menu for the day, taking into account any handover from the previous shift
- Ensuring stock is rotated accordingly and any out of date items pulled immediately
- Completing any due diligence needed alongside the senior chefs
- Back door duties including whole fish and meat butchery
- Cooking / prepping braises / roasts and other dishes in line with the St. JOHN ethos and cookbooks
- Ensuring a thorough and complete handover to team mates
- Assisting the chef in menu writing for the following shift, with clear communication of stock held and prep achieved.
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Food Hygiene and Health & Safety at Work.
