The Role
This is a very exciting time to be joining the ROSL team as we enter our busy festive period. We refurbished our main kitchen in 2023, and in addition, we are currently delighting members with our Italian menus with our guest Chefs from Taverna Trastevere.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our fantastic Kitchen team. Your main role is to ensure a high standard of food production and service as agreed at briefings, and in line with the departmental standards. You will assist the Senior Chefs in developing new menu and dish ideas, in agreement with the Executive Chef, and will work across all of our Kitchens at ROSL including the main kitchen, Brabourne kitchen, garden kitchen, event kitchens, satellite kitchens depending on the needs of the business.
You are also responsible for ensuring food safety standards are continuously followed and maintained within the kitchens.
This position is 40 hours per week working 5/7 on a rota basis to meet with the business needs.
