Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie

  • Running your own section in the kitchen to 3 Rosette standards
  • Working with the finest seasonal produce and high-quality meats
  • Supporting senior chefs during busy services and mentoring junior team members
  • Ensuring immaculate standards of preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Upholding food safety and hygiene at the very highest level
