About
We are a premium-casual, LA-inspired Italian American concept with a modern, fresh approach to food and hospitality. Featuring a Josper grill, wood-fired pizza oven, cocktail bar, private dining room, and versatile private hire spaces, we are set to redefine the modern neighbourhood pub-dining experience.

Backed by owners with extensive hospitality experience across the US and Europe, this is their first UK venture self-funded, ambitious, and quality-driven.

The Role

Were looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our opening kitchen team. Youll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver vibrant, modern dishes that reflect our LA-inspired Italian American style. This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting new concept, learn from experienced chefs, and grow your career in a creative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard across all sections.

  • Support the senior chefs in the smooth daily running of the kitchen.

  • Contribute ideas for menu development and specials.

  • Maintain high standards of food presentation, freshness, and flavour.

  • Assist with stock control, deliveries, and rotation to ensure minimal waste.

  • Uphold all Health & Safety and HACCP procedures.

  • Keep your section clean, organised, and well-prepared at all times.

  • Work collaboratively with the FOH and bar teams to ensure seamless service.

What Were Looking For
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up, ideally in premium casual or quality dining.

  • Confident across multiple sections, with good organisation and time management.

  • Positive, approachable, and professional attitude were building a respectful, team-focused kitchen culture.

  • Passion for modern, seasonal cooking and learning new techniques.

  • Experience with Josper grills and wood-fired ovens is a bonus but not essential

  • Enthusiasm for contributing to a new, growing concept and taking pride in what you do.
