About the role:

  • Great opportunity for a talented and ambitious chef de partieto join this outstanding and prestigious and exclusive private club.
  • As a chef de partieyou will report directly into the sous and head chef with an overall team of 14 chefs.
  • The chef de partieshould be engaging, personable and able to build relationships easily .
  • An advantage of having some experience of a la carte, bistro, maybe fine dining would be welcome.
  • The chef de partie should pride on presentations and flavors as well as offering fresh local sourced ingredients and be creative & engaging.
  • The successful chef de partie will need to have an excellent customer-facing approach and a proactive approach to client relationships.
  • The chef de partie should be a strong and independent Chef who will be on the hot section and sauce section and can work under pressure and be able to work with the team.
