We are recruiting a Commis Chef for our 3 Rosettes Gallery Dinner Kitchen Team
All worked hours are paid, work schedule based on 4 days per week (early afternoon till 11pm-midnight)
Earnings from £28,500 to 36,250 (depending on number of days/hours worked)

The role of Commis Chef in the 3 Rosettes Dinner Team ?
Multi Michelin Star French Chef Pierre Gagnaire, Culinary Director Frederic Don and Head Chef Paul Leligny proposes a complex and modern a la carte menu in our Casual Fine Dining Restaurant, with 80 to 220 covers per evening.
The Dinner Commis Chef will support the different sections of the kitchen and develop towards a Demi Chef de Partie role.
The candidate must have previous Experience in a similar environment and style of cuisine.
