Were looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the catering team at a well-established college in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a professional kitchen environment with great hours.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook high-quality meals in line with the daily menu and dietary requirements.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health standards are met at all times.
Assist with menu planning, stock control, and kitchen organisation.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (ideally in education, contract catering, or a similar setting).
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
A team player with a passion for good food and high standards.
Valid Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Must hold a clear Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
