Your Role Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie, youll play a key role in supporting and mentoring the kitchen team, ensuring every dish is prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety. Youll take pride in creating fresh, delicious food while helping maintain smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to company standards.
  • Support and train kitchen team members, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain and control food stocks within budget, assisting with ordering and rotation.
  • Uphold Food Safety, Health & Safety, and COSHH standards, reporting any incidents promptly.
  • Keep all kitchen areas and equipment clean, organised, and well-maintained.
