The Silver Birch, namedBest Restaurant in Londonat the 2024 AA Guide Awards, is on an exciting journey to achieve ourfirst Michelin star. To reach this goal, we are building a world-class team and are looking for passionateChef de Partiesto join our kitchen.
Led byHead Chef Nathan Cornwell, who has worked in some of Europes most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurantsincludingGeranium(3 Michelin Stars),Kadeau & Oaxen Krog(2 Michelin Stars), andLe Champignon SauvageThe Silver Birch is committed to delivering exceptional food using the best seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
What We Offer:
- Up to £44,000inclusive of service charge
- Guaranteedtwo days off per week(closed Sundays & Mondays)
- Two weeks off every August(summer closure)
- Closed for a few days over Christmas, first week of January off(winter closure)

Your Role as a Chef de Partie:
- Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and precision
- Work closely with senior chefs to refine techniques and contribute to menu development
- Maintain an organised and efficient mise en place for service
- Upholdimpeccable hygiene and food safety standards
- Strive forcontinuous learning and improvementin a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen
What Were Looking For:
- Experience as aChef de Partiein aMichelin-starred restaurant
- A deep understanding of classical and modern cooking techniques
- High attention to detail and a passion for precise execution
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Must have theright to work in the UK(we cannot provide sponsorship)
