We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary department at Grosvenor House Suites!
As a Chef de Partie, you will work alongside the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to achieve highest standards of food production and customer service.
Your main duties include (but are not limited to):
- To organise and set up the assigned section of the kitchen and prepare dishes as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximise productivity.
- To ensure that all dishes are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes.
- To always control the quality of the product you use and report any discrepancy to the Sous Chef or Head Chef to ensure consistent freshness and quality.
- To constantly maximise the quality and presentation of dishes

Proven experience in a similar role
5 Star Hotel Experience
Basic Food Hygiene qualification
NVQL2 food preparation or equivalent
