Chef de Partie Opportunity! Fulham Green, 13.50p/h

Luxury serviced office suite located perfectly in Fulham, with a private members club on the ground and basement floors. There is a private dining room for up to 80 covers and an open terrace for up to 80 people also, with magnificent views!
The food in the members area is casual and relaxed with the emphasis on tasty dishes which people can enjoy day after day. As Chef De Partie, you will be running your own section as part of a small but perfect kitchen team full of ambition. We are looking for a chef who is keen to learn and has the desire to progress within the kitchen.

  • Hourly contract at £13.50ph
  • 45 hours a week. Predominately Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
  • Occasional weekend and evening work for private events, but only 6 weekends booked this year.
  • 28 days holiday.
  • Closed bank holidays and Christmas.

- Experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality environment is essential.

What you'll be doing:

  • Possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work a variety of shifts and an understanding of food hygiene legislation
  • Effectively run and supervise any allocated kitchen sections to the required standards
  • Ensure that all the preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for service
  • Keep a good stock of our inventory and manage waste in best practice
  • Ensuring that the designated sections are cleaned and organized
  • Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in delivering the required standard of food
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations of the company.
