About the Role
As Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver innovative, high-quality dishes that reflect the unique Franco-Japanese identity. Youll be responsible for your own section, ensuring it runs smoothly, efficiently, and consistently to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes with meticulous attention to detail
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Manage and train junior kitchen staff as needed
Collaborate on menu development and daily specials
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
Uphold kitchen health & safety standards
Chef de Partie requirements:
Previous experience as Chef de Partie in a fine dining or fusion kitchen
Passion for modern French and Japanese cuisines
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude
A calm, professional presence in a high-pressure environment
Excellent knife skills and knowledge of traditional and modern techniques
