Kino Japanese RESTAURANTS in the heart of South Kensington will be opening their doors in late November.
We aim to find suitable candidates from the first week of October who can start soon after.
We are currently screening all positions for Grill, Tempura, and Salad sections. The work will take place in an open, brand new, and stunning kitchen setup. The restaurant has a capacity of 90 covers, spread over three floors with plenty of space and a dedicated prep area.
Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Chef De Partie, involving overseeing a section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily operations.

- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in high-end restaurants
- Experience in Japanese cuisine is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and open kitchen
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
- Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Positive attitude
