The 3 Rosettes Gallery Dinner Kitchen Team is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie
You will be paid for every hours worked and your work scheduled on 4 or 5 days (44 to 55 hours per week, from early afternoon till end of service around 11pm/00:30pm)
From £31,000 per year based on 44 hours worked.

What will be my Demi Chef de Partie role in the Gallery Dinner team ?
Michelin French Chef Pierre Gagnaire, Culinary Director Frederic Don and Head Chef Paul Leligny have created a unique modern European Brasserie menu, with 80 to 220 covers per evening.
The Demi Chef de Partie will support the different sections of the kitchen and develop towards a Chef de Partie role.
The candidate must have previous Experience in a similar environment and style of cuisine.
