We now have a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our highly regarded team of chefs in the positions of Chef to Partie, under the guidance of Tom Cook (Previously Tom Aikens / Le Gavroche / Pont de la Tour)
As a Chef de Partie you will be a punctual and reliable person and yourappearance and personal hygiene standards will be impeccable. Ideally you would have held the position of Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie at a well respected London restaurant or hotel and been keen to progress quickly through the ranks.
You must have a positive can-do attitude and be ambitious to climb the ranks within the brigade.
