The RoleAs Executive Chef, you'll lead a talented kitchen team to deliver exceptional food at scalefrom daily prep through to live event execution. Youll work closely with the senior team to shape menus, lead innovation, and uphold quality at every touchpoint.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and lead all kitchen operations, from production to off-site events
Ensure consistency of flavour, presentation, and execution across all menus
Coach, manage and develop a growing team of chefs and kitchen staff
Collaborate on bespoke menus, R&D, and client tastings
Manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
Uphold food safety, allergen protocols, and full HACCP compliance
Lead by example during busy production periods and event days
Represent the brands culinary standards at high-end off-site events
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a premium environment
Background in 45 star hotels, fine dining, or luxury events/catering
A natural leader with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
Highly organised with strong operational knowledge and attention to detail
Creative thinker who loves working with seasonal produce and pushing standards
Excellent communicator who inspires and mentors teams
Comfortable with early starts and enjoys structured daytime hours
