What You'll Be Doing:
Leading a skilled and passionate kitchen team
Creating innovative, seasonal menus with a focus on British cheese
Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, suppliers, and stock control
Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and team standards
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef
A flair for modern British cuisine and creativity with local produce
Strong leadership, organisation, and kitchen management skills
Solid understanding of cost control and food margin management
